“Last minute stay exceeded expectations”
Close walk to the station which was one stop from KIX airport, also near a restaurant (with robot food delivery!) and a hyper market. Otherwise a Lawson right next door. Booked very last minute due to cancelled flights and it was outstanding service and value

We spent the last night of our trip at this hotel. Its location, very close to the airport, was extremely convenient. Unfortunately, we had to leave very early in the morning, so we were unable to try the breakfast. The hotel seemed like an ideal place for a longer stay as well. Our room was clean and well equipped. We also had the opportunity to use the hotel's onsen, which was very well maintained and offered excellent facilities.

Served very well as a stopover before our flight. Very clean and quiet hotel with well sized rooms. Staff were very attentive, shout-out to Guy who was so welcoming.

I stayed for the second time to catch my flight the next day from Kansai. It's a wonderful place, nice design, spacious rooms, amazing public bath, and extremely well cared for.

Hotel was so modern and perfectly fused with Japanese culture. Clean rooms massive lobby nice staff and a amazing onsen. The hotel also had a washing machine . Massive tv. Loads of plug sockets and lights right next to the bed.

“An oasis for us when stranded in emergency”
We were stranded at this hotel near Kanzai airport in Osaka after Emirates cancelled our late night flight and completely abandoned us by making no arrangements for us whatsoever. We found and booked the hotel ourselves, and came late at night. They welcomed us and gave us access to our clean and calm room. Nice Japanese style breakfast. Wonderful pubic bath.

“Motorcycle noise was loud”
Facilities were new and onsen clean. The reception was staffed and checkin process was good. Room was fine with a basic decor scheme.

“Convenient location but small room with bad smell”
The buffet breakfast downstairs was great for only 900 yen. The staff were friendly and helpful. There’s parking on site. Close to airport.
