Close to the airport. 10 minutes taxi drive only. Flexible check-in timing from 4pm to 12 midnight. Spacious enough for 2 double beds and 2 tatami but not much living room area. The shower and toilet are clean.

“Great deal & Location.”
Perfect for a family - great size and very close to the Airport. Very clean, brand new house and has everything you need even a small kitchen. Highly recommended for 1 night before your flight at KIX, quite close with little walking distance to the station. Quality/value is great, recommended!

“Comfortable hotel near the airport”
The location was very convenient. We had a very early flight from Osaka airport the following day and we needed to sleep nearby. It was very comfortable and clean.

“Excellent airport hotel for short stay.”
Excellent location close to Osaka KIX airport. We took a taxi, but metro at 15minutes walk also doable. Very clean, nicely furnished, plenty of towels. Overall very comfortable. We contacted the host to help book an early morning taxi, fast and friendly service.

The room and the bathroom were really spacious. It’s really close to the airport by car.

The self service was simple and facilities ok for a single night. Bathroom especially well appointed and clean. The walls seemed paper thin and lots of noise from surrounding apartments and neighbourhood were heard throughout. Furniture was very well used, and coffee table nearly fell over. The futon mattresses were also thin, thinnest we have enountered in our Japan trip and left children feeling like they were directly on the floor. Lastly, there was an emergency exit light facing the beds which illuminated the room all night, made for difficult sleeping - the only hotel room I've ever encoutered in all.my travels with an emergency exit light positioned in such a way. Location was handy enough for our purposes, and the 15 min walk to either of the closest two train stations was flat enough to manage with our suitcases.

“Good value for money and very spcious stay of our whole holiday.”
Wasnt far from the train station, but you need a taxi if you have too much luggage. Property itself was very spacious and good comfortable beds in the room. Wish we had opportunity to stay longer, but unfortunately were only there for a night.

“Modern Japanese room near KIX”
The room was clean and we liked the Japanese room with futon. Also there is Sento(public bath house) near so it was great to go there for soak :)

“Clean and convenient.”
Great location after a long flight, one stop on the train and an easy walk with a konbini along the way. Slept a small family easily.
