“An amazing stay!”

We had the best stay at Olive Garden, the hosts were expectional and made us feel as part of the family as soon as we got there. We were able to check into our room early as we were exhausted from the overnight bus from Cairo. The house is amazing, decorated Siwan style with many colourful rugs. We organized our tours to the desert safari and another day tour to the salt lakes, Cleopatras bath, the ruins etc. Both of which we were so happy with and had great days. The breakfast was delicious every morning of eggs, foul, etc. Nothing was ever too much to ask from Olive Garden, they had all the small details covered from mosquito spray at night time to picking you up from the bus station when you arrive. It is only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Siwa with a lovely big garden to chill it out in. Hercules, their cat was also star of show 😊

Olive Garden is more than just a place to pass few days when in Siwa. As to technicalities: - excellent internet connection - working air conditioning - well sized room - beautiful garden, big space to chill and enjoy staying in the nature - amazing hospitality of the owners Thanks to them I had great laughs every day being a solo traveler and the only guest over there, I ate most wonderful home made fresh food, watched the starriest night sky in my life, floated in salt lakes nearby and the list goes on. Can't recommend staying in Olive Garden and foremost - meeting folks running the place - enough!

beautiful garden. Abu Kassem the manager and Ilal the owner are kind and were trying to accommodate me. Ilal found for me a bicycle, though not the best one , but I was able to ride around which was great, though super extremely hot. The Olive garden is a bit isolated which is great if you wish to get some quietness but it is still walkable to downtown, about 20min. walk. There are plenty of space and different kind of sitting areas in that huge garden. There is a kitchen and u r allowed to cook and the setup is meant for that as there is no restaurant around and they don't cook for u, so, bring some food and water before getting there. This might be different in high season though. not sure about that. I drank the water directly from the tap as the manager told me it was good to drink, and indeed I didn't get sick, despite advice from Egyptian saying they wouldn't drink that water. The bedsheet were clean. shower has good pressure. There is a beautiful cat living there which is of good company. On top of the multiple spots where u can sit in the garden, there is also a large sitting area inside and one outside at the back, shadowed by trees, where u can sit. wifi is good and strong signal.
