“Great villa with nice views”

Extremely nice villa with all the amenities in place and excellent views. Very simple yet genious breakfast. We regretted that we had such a short stay.

It is very cozy house with a stream in the garden! Amazing energy in this place, love it! I hope one day I come back and spend more time in this house. Very helpful owner. Nice breakfast.

“A wonderful stay to recharge and explore the beautiful village of Tunis- Book now!”

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa, which is located in a wonderful green space hugged by palm trees, olive trees and a jasmine. You feel at home as you get in, with a super comfy bed, nice kitchen and super clean property overall. You can sit on the nice roof too to observe the stars and the sky. Ashraf is a great host and very easy to communicate with and always a phone call away. He recommends places to visit and happily organised a day trip for us with a very short notice. The breakfast is so fresh and can tell made with love and Ashraf was very flexible in providing it in an early time for us. We are very grateful indeed and highly recommend this place and the host. I also recommend the restaurant which the host recommends as you can have delicious food with really good prices. I also recommend that you must go on a pottery session in the village especially at 'Bait Alfokhar' بيت الفخار and visit 'Zahrat Alotus' زهرة اللوتس art shop where you can find the most beautiful and meaningful paintings. All the best to you all.

Tunis village in Fayoum oasis is another hidden Egyptian gem, away from the popular touristic locations. We've just back from our amazing New Year's trip to the village. Villa Tunis Village is a great place where you feel immediately like home. It's spacious, clean, cosy, surrounded by green garden, and has everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. The host Ashraf is a very nice and hospitable person, a bit shy but very helpful. Unfortunately, he doesn't really speak English. Although with the help of Google translator, Ashraf was always available in WhatsApp, answered any questions, took orders for breakfast and dinner, and organised excursions for us. He was really invisible, which gave us feeling the villa was our home)

Very good - nice and helpful staff and the place itself is nice in a pretty village. We had dinner too at their local restaurant which was excellent. They fixed us up with a driver as well for the next day and were very professional in every way.

It's in a good location for the village. It has the potential to be really nice, but it's not.
