We had the deluxe room, in a small private area, the space is extremely gorgeous and is just in front of the convent

This property was honestly the best we have stayed in while in Mexico. Central, great facilities and it overlooks the convent. Can’t believe it’s not booked out all the time.

Lovely building very nicely restored and an excellent location. Our room was in the hotel annexe they call the villa where the pool is located. Breakfast which we didn't take was in the main hotel a couple of doors down the street. It's a nice place. Impressive.

Fantastic view from breakfast area. Izamal is a small town, so this Hôtel like the most hotels there has good location.

The receptionist was super kind and friendly, she gave info about the hotel and restaurant. The room was very comfortable, clean, spacious. Beautiful view and garden / swimming pool. Perfectly located. Izamal is lovely!

Beautiful hotel, located in a very central location. The room is slightly dated but it’s aligned with the type of building and it remains comfortable. The pool is very enjoyable. Price is correct and staff helpful.

“A wonderful hotel and excellent value - highly recommended”

This was our favourite hotel in the month we spent in Mexico. The hotel is clean, beautiful with the most wonderful staff - Fernanda on reception was exceptional! The location is great with parking outside and within a few minutes walk of the square. The hotel grounds are beautiful with two good sized pools and plenty of outside space to relax. It is definitely worth the extra money for a suit. These rooms are in a sperate area of the hotel with their own lovely pool and separate plunge pool. They are beautifully appointed with great showers. The rooms on the road have a view of the convent but can be noisy - the courtyard rooms don't have the view but are quiet! Breakfast was excellent value and really good - again one of our best experiences of our travels.

The hotel was located right in town so was easy to get around and see everything. Was such a cool little town. The staff were friendly enough and the pool was good to jump into after a hot day. The room was comfy enough

“A great hotel for my one night stay”

I stayed one night here, which was a stop over from Merida to Valladolid. It’s a charming small hotel right next to the cathedral. The gardens and pool at the rear are lovely. I received a lovely welcome from Fernanda, who also very kindly arranged an early morning taxi to the Tren Maya and also came to my room to let me know the taxi driver had arrived. This hotel was perfect for my short stay.
