“It was very weird, IT IS NOT A HOTEL, and YOU SHOULD NOT BE DOING ITS BOOKINGS.”
The single staff person was very nice and very helpful when we were obviously expecting a real hotel. She got us some food from a food service in the neighbourhood, and assisted us with basic necessities.
