“I would recommend Gamma Plaza to everyone. Playa Lynda and Ixtapa Island are worth the visit.”
We loved the place. Staff were very friendly, service was great, close to everything, pool was super, meals were quite affordable.

I had a rate from booking.com. What I paid was not what I had reserved. The hotel changes the Canadian rate to American then changes the American to Mexican. Canadians pay 2 service charges. This resulted in me paying $2,500 extra in Mexican pesos. When I looked on my MasterCard statement I have to pay $1611 instead of $1377, quite a difference. Not happy.

I didn't like the "RENAJU" that I paid with the bill. The staff couldn't explain the charge other than it was exchange rates. I paid in Mexican currency so there should not have been any exchange???
