Lovely hotel in convenient location. We were half board and the food was great, we really enjoyed it. Overall staff were great but a few new people could do with more training. The pool was very refreshing and there was a bus stop very close to the hotel. All in all great holiday.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Decent breakfast every morning which I would recommend going B&B. Rooms have everything you need, large dressing table and vanity station plus ringlit bathroom mirror. The pool is just perfect and the pool bar does great food for a reasonable price. The location is great and there is a bus stop right outside to get in and out of the old town - if you also fancy a night in, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and bars local to the hotel just a few steps away.

They gave us a room without working air condition and they didn't do anything about it our entire stay. They assured us to refund us some money but they said they couldn't give us anything in written form. We had to do it over booking.com because that's the right way to do it. So we took the managers word on it. And now the manager declined everything and is not willing to refund anything and booking.com is not helping us at all. Worst experience ever. Definitely the last time using booking.com and definitely never going back to this hotel. Thanks for nothing!
