Overview
Located right on Ialysos Beach of Ixia, Avra Beach is an all-inclusive 4-star hotel. Set amidst palm-tree gardens with fountains, it offers a free-form pool and hot tub. Tennis and beach volleyball courts are provided. All rooms of Avra Beach Resort open to a private patio or balcony with pool or side Aegean Sea views. They have a satellite TV and mini fridge. Each bathroom is fitted with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Guests can start their day with a buffet breakfast and continue with other meals, enriched with Greek specialties, such as Greek gyro and mousaka. Refreshing drinks and beers are served at the beach bar. A playground and separate children’s pool are available for young guests. “The place is ok, swimming pool, food is ok, rooms are expensive and old, standard is 1 star”
Payment for 3 nights is €1,000, rooms are old, haven't been renovated for 20 years - I don't recommend it!!! Before booking, it's best to call and ask what room type you want, because when you arrive, they'll give you old, 1-star rooms - I don't recommend it.
