The staff tried very hard to communicate with us in english and helped us as much as they could, which I felt was a lot and made things easier for us. The cleaners were also very considerate. Breakfast buffet was great as well, lots of variety and the menu changed daily. I travelled with my young children and they were able to choose atleast 5 options daily from the breakfast buffet. Parking is available outside the hotel for a small fee. Location is also far enough that you’re able to be out of the busy area but close enough that it’s only a 10 minute drive back towards the station and close to the motorway if you want to travel out further.

They provided a kids amenities bag, there were onsen for male and female, the room was clean! Carpark was available too. Really can’t complain given the price point.
