The place is great. The host is lovely. Great location with a parking spot. All amenities. I hope to return for a longer stay. Also the pizzeria nearby is great for a quick bite when you arrive.

The host Silvia was extremely nice, flexible and humorous. Thank you very much! The house is great: modern, with a cool garden and practical furnishings. We wanted for nothing, thank you very much! The value for money and the location are unbeatable. We came as a couple with a dog and this was very uncomplicated, a small surcharge for the dog was fair and already announced in advance. Many thanks for the great time!

Superb modern apartment a few minutes walk from the centre of town. Large living/dining/kitchen area, spacious bedrooms (one is en-suite). Attractive outside areas. Friendly host. I only stayed one night but this place is well set up for a much longer stay. Recommended.

Great stay in Ivrea, very convenient for the location and facilities around - good parking and wifi. The apartment was perfectly clean, very large, and very quiet - was a perfect stay for us. Excellent pizzeria just around the corner.

Very helpful owner, who also speaks English. The appartement is very luxury, with 3 bath rooms, a kitchen and a private parking space. The location from the city of Ivrea is on an excellent walking distance (even for kids)! Also the railway station (with connections to Aosta, Torino and Milano) is quite near (but you do not hear the trains in the appartement). There is airco in both bedrooms. Towels are provided. In the neighbourhood there are various shops.

We like the facility, everything was well equipped, free parking , facility is designed with good taste and very convenient. You are practically in the centre of Ivrea, but it is a very quite place,restaurant is near with good choice of dishes .My personal appreciations to the owner Sylvia, she was so helpful and nice . We will stay there definitely on our next visit to Ivrea.
