“convienent stop over in Ivrea”

The appartment is located in down town Ivrea, very practical for visiting and close to all good restaurants and bars :) The place is modern, clean and warm. The comunication with the staff works very well.

We got a huge room that had everything, including refreshments for breakfast because we booked a rate without breakfast and the owner took care of everything for us. An excellent place that is highly recommended to everyone.

“Heavenly”

It was heaven to have air conditioning! The room was very comfortable, well located, and well stocked. They had provided bottled water, orange juice & milk in the fridge, a package of cookies, and a croissant.

“Superb!”

Our stay was great, the room was huge and everything was very clean. Just what we needed after a long day of motorbike riding. Eventhough it is an unmanned guesthouse we were able to get into the property with ease - very responsive host. We knew there was no breakfast but were very pleasantly surprised by the breakfast snacks, goodies and note that were prepared for us. The property is located very centrally so we could access shops and a lovely sicillian restaurant just next door. We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay.

Additionally, free vanity kits, a coffee machine, a milk frother, a mini fridge, a plasma TV, a kettle, and slippers were all included. This room provided a living space unlike anything you'd typically find in European hotels, with the combination of one bedroom, one dining are, and one bathroom. The self-check-in process was incredibly easy, Communication was fast and effective, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The location was also very good."

Amazing place, very comfortable, a lot of nice touches

“A modern and lovely space at Guest House Borgo Yporegia, Ivrea.”

The Guesthouse is in a good location and communication/check-in and out, while all done remotely, was very good and directions easy to follow. We really liked the space, it was modern, well-designed and fitted out and also felt a bit luxe. A bit different as far as guesthouses go, but we had a great stay there and enjoyed our short time exploring Ivrea.
