Comfortable modern hotel with Austrian spirit. Clean, cosy. Staff is helpful, polite, professional. The hotel has a very nice restaurant with delicious cuisine, especially borscht, salads with beetroot.

Everything was good, except there was no central heating. There was an electric heater but took some time to warm up the room. Also had to bring it to the bathroom when planned to shower…well, could have been better))

“A good clean and quiet hotel.”
A good hotel for a short stay. The wonderful design of the old Austria-Hungary Empire. Clean, not far from city center. Quiet neighborhood, a lot of cafes around.

Vey clean hotel. We had a nice room that had everything needed, including toiletries. Close to the city center, cafes, shops.

It is located near schevchenko park, which is really cool. Almost 2 km away from centrum able to walk. I had my best sleep during my stay. There is no room numbers, the rooms has city names.
