The owner was very nice and made me coffee in the morning.

Spent a night here, instead of Croatia on my way north by motorcycle. Very affordable accommodation comparing to Croatia and was happy with my choice. Got offered some home cooked coffee and enjoyed it watching the Bosnian mountains. Croatia is only a 5 minute drive away.

Much cheaper then Dubrovnik,yet 15 min away .4 km left is restaurant Drijen,local food. For border crossing,1 km away,look at hak.hr cameras(granica- Brgat) Good alternative to expensive Dubrovnik

Very nice owner. We talked via Google Translator, host is highly recommended. I travelled by motorbike and could use the garage.

Vasko was a generous host who made you feel welcome with Turkish coffee, beer, and homemade rakia! I was looking for a place to disconnect and focus on my work of at least half the cost of a bed in a hostel in Dubrovnik. The location fits best for those in shape because there are trails to go on hikes behind the house. Although I'm sure Vasko can let you use his kitchen if needed, there is a restaurant (Nostalgija) with delicious food at affordable prices. For example, I spent 20 euro for a main course, sides, bread and ajvar dip, a couple beers, and a post-dinner local rakia.

The room and bathroom are super clean and comfortable Good WiFi Host is simply the best, despite the language barrier it was a good company and offered homemade rakija.

It's perfect for staying overnight while you go to visit Dubrovnik. Everything was nice and clean and the host is very kind!

“A great host and unbeatable quality/price”

The host is the personification of the hospitality, he's very kind, humble and interesting person to talk with. I had the pleasure to share a coffee with him and a very interesting talk about the history of the place. This is something I will always bring with me in my memories. Despite the language barrier, we managed to communicate with the translators very easily. The room where I slept was very clean and the bed was confortable too. Same thing for the private bathroom, was very clean. Talking about the room, it is basic, so you'll find beds a wardrobe and some basic furniture. If you are travelling by car or motorbike it is available protected parking spot. Moreover, if you are travelling in that region and you want to visit Dubrovnik, the room is only 12 minutes far by car. I strongly recommend this apartment not only for the very good quality price/ratio but also if you would love to meet and talk with real local people.

“A wonderful host”

Simple room but great for my stay next to the Croatian border. The best of all was the friendly owner who made me coffee next morning. He didn't speak much English but we had a nice conversation. Just 10 mins from Dubrovnik, don't get expensive hotels there, stay here instead.

Small quiet town on the top of the hill near to the boarder. Perfekt location to visit Dubrovnik if you don't want to pay so much. Nice host who does not speak much englisch but all important things were clear. Only one room is rented. Rest of the house uses the owner. Cosy room with two single beds and ventilator. Big advatage is the mosquito net and the shutter at the window (I love dark rooms for sleeping :-) ). Very good WiFi.

The private bathroom was clean and big.

We really appreciated that the host allowed us to check-in after 22:00. Even though he doesn’t speak English, the host is really nice (he even offered us a cup of coffee in the morning). Both the bedroom and the bathroom were clean.

Everything was really nice. The host was super kind. Bit of dust here and there but who cares. Super cool location, but it gets windy up there, so just stuff some cloth between the window and the blind elsewhat it'll be noisy.
