Outstanding stay. The accommodation was thoughtfully prepared with every convenience perceived. Comfy and quiet location nestled into a wild rambling garden. Private bach access across the road opens up a pristine lagoon of other worldly blue. Jeanro, is the perfect host. Friendly and funny. Prompt and attentive to any needs or questions. Generous with his time, but not invasive. He provided a kayak and snorkel gear so we could do a self guided turtle, shark and sting ray experience. We had the best morning of our trip and saved a lot of money.

“Great value, comfortable and good location”

The size of the house and location. Kitchen was well stocked which meant we could cook food most nights. The house is right by an amazing beach with great snorkelling and tame stingrays we fed every morning. The host/owner was fantastic. We were able to use kayaks free of charge most days and he provided us with expert knowledge of where to go.

The place is super nice, across the street from a beautiful beach and a short distance drive from restaurants and a supermarket. It is very nice and quiet and the host is really amazing and super friendly. He gave us kayaks to go into the lagoon one of the afternoons we were there and it was wonderful. The place is big and comfortable and the kitchen is equiped with everything needed.

The fare has everything you need. With a nice deck to sit outside for breakfast or in the evening, fruit trees all around the house packed with fruit at this time of the year, and the beach across the street for sunset and where you can do good snorkelling - we saw plenty of friendly sting rays and sharks there too. Jean Ro gave us heaps of information and was amazingly hospitable. Great plus to have kayaks and SUPs free to use in the lagoon to discover spots at your own pace.

Fantastic stay in this wonderful place! Right from the beginning, the owner Jean-Robert was very responsive, polite and especially helpful for all our needs and questions. The house was very clean and offered all we needed during our stay, including a washing machine. The bicycles were ready to use and tools to adjust their size as well as locking chains were available. Special thanks to the great flexibility and responsiveness of Jean-Robert regarding the kayaks, boards and paddles! High quality gear, compared to other places and resorts we have been to. We can highly recommend this location to all kinds of people, but especially the ones interested in kayaking, snorkeling or other doing other activities!!! “Quiet and peaceful house was the highlight of our trip!”

Excellent! Spacious and well decorated house - quiet and peaceful with no roosters - kind, generous and responsive owner who picked us up and helped us pick up cooking essentials - two bicycles were helpful for getting around - free use of kayaks and beach nearby. This experience was the highlight of our trip in Moorea.

What we liked best was the owner's (Jeanro) kindness and generosity. He offers all his guests a free-of-charge, 2 1/2 -hour boat excursion to the most beautiful parts of the nearby lagoon, with visits to the motus (islets), reef fish and black-tip shark sightings location. Jeanro is very engaging and very knowledgeable of the area, local culture and societal dynamics.
