“A peaceful stop on our basque tour.”
A lovely peaceful place to stay. If woken, it will be to the sound of owls hooting or the tinkle of sheep bells. Beautiful mountain views. Easy parking and clothes washing facilities very useful. Apartment had all we needed and we were met by the lovely hostess who managed to explain everything without either of us speaking the others language!

Nice village in the middle of the Basque interior. The appartement located on the top of traditional farm building, great quality of the renovation/adaptation. You can finish your day hearing the sound of small river passing Ituren and wake up with the sheeps' voices. If you prefer the silence it's enough to close the windows. On the ground floor you can try a local food, natural and fresh products, prepared in a simple way, we love it. Mirentxu is a super host, very nice and helpful. She doesn't speak english, but we haven't any probs to communicate.
