“Fantastic!”
What a pleasant stay! Erasmo and his mamma are very warm people - from the first second I felt welcomed and home. The house and rooms are comfortable, cozy and clean. Close to the historical center and without much traffic in front, you will find the perfect location to stay in Itri. The breakfast was various (sweet & savory) and very delicious with homemade cakes, fresh fruit and super attentive service of both. Grazie mille, I will definitely return whenever I'm back in Itri!

“Brilliant and cheerful - fantastic host”
Erasmus was super helpful from before check-in to departure. He gave us great recommendations for places to eat. The room was very comfortable, clean and bright. Breakfast was wonderful with lovely homemade cakes, delicious yoghurt and cereal.

“Fantastic spot, great host.”
Exceptionally clean. The breakfast was amazing.The shower was large for EU standards.Quaint little town conveniently located to Gaeta sites and local hikes. Erasmo was the perfect host.

A beautiful room. Wonderful friendly helpful hosts. Our room had a sweeping balcony with views up to the old town castle. Great breakfast with homemade cakes and biscuits.

This place was perfect for me as someone walking the Via Francigena. I received a fantastic welcome even though I arrived early. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well appointed. It is close to restaurants and bars. Thank you

Friendly and helpful owners, good communication. Very clean room. Great breakfast with good variety including home made cakes. Stayed here while walking the Via Francigena - highly recommended!

The staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are very clean and there is everything needed. The breakfast was very delicious and all products were fresh and tasty. The location was great, it’s close to the center.

kind and welcoming hosts location superb. a few minutes walk from the bus stop and the medieval centre room had a balcony and wonderful view of the castle super clean and comfortable room. wifi fast and reliable breakfast exceptional. everything was so fresh. wonderful coffee and wide assortment of fruit for plant based diet. plant based milk kindly provided and was much appreciated leaving by train and was very grateful for the offer of a lift down to the station excellent value for money I booked one night and ended up staying 4 nights! could not more highly recommend exceptional property
