A great place to stay. It has two separate buildings across the street. One was like a townhouse; The other was a compound with a cafe onfront and Japanese style rooms to stay. The owner is a wonderful lady. She could speak some English and guided us to the hisui beach. Definitely an amazing experience, worth revisiting!

Easy to find. Greeted with kindness. We were able to leave our heavy bags downstairs, which was super helpful (for my back) especially being we were staying for the night.

Great character, lovely host. Spend a little more and book the self contained room. Breakfast was fantastic.

Keiko-san was a friendly and generous host. She drove us to the local Fossa Magna Museum and a local temple to view the festival day. This really saved us some walking time. Thank you Keiko-san. She can speak good English which is helpful for non-Japanese speakers.

Very nice place and super clean! The room was spacious and very comfortable with all the necessary facilities. We were very lucky to arrive on a day of a big festival on the next village's shrine. The owner was kind to be our guide for the night and took us around with her car and explained us about the traditions. We had an unforgettable time there! Thank you for sharing with us those experiences!

We were looking for a stay outside the big city and a chance to spend time with a local and this didnt disappoint, my son got to practice his Japanese and our wonderful host her English :-) The day we ordered breakfast it was local fish and huge. The kids loved the kotatsu heater table

This is a lovely place to stay. It was walking distance to the train station. The room was warm and clean. Our children enjoyed their first experience of using the kotatsu. The owner was exceptionally kind and friendly. We ordered breakfast and it was a most delicious spread in the tastefully decorated dining area. Thank you very much! Will be very happy to stay there again.

It was amazing to get to know the owner. We had nice talks and enjoyed very much the food. Unfortunately no music performance at the night of our stay. The restaurant place is special, too. Walking distance to the Shinkansen Station.
