“reasonable priced ryokan located close to the Ito train station. very comfortable and quiet!”
staff was accommodating and despite our language barrier, we were still able to communicate. the breakfast which included fish (local specialty) was fresh and tasted great. considering that there were limited breakfast options in the area, it is highly recommended that guests opt in for the breakfast. the room for one individual had plenty of space.

“Clean, Comfortable, Kind!”
The staff at the desk were extremely kind and very smiley! Although they don’t speak english, very easy to communicate if you speak japanese or if you speak no japanese they have paper sheet of rules. Onsen was wonderful, 4F and 2F, rooms were extremely clean and had a TV!

“Awesome traditional breakfast and outdoor onsen, lovely staff.”
Breakfast was tasty and a nice experience. Staff were friendly and welcoming even with little English. Awesome outdoor onsen and lounge facilities with microwave, electronic massagers and manga comics.

“Lovely traditional stay”
Everything in this hotel is very traditional. Loved that there is an in-house onsen facility. The staff, despite language barrier, were very helpful.

“Solo trip to a Ryokan”
It was my first time staying at a Ryokan and it was definitely worth experiencing. I didn't get food as I was only in Ito for a short amount of time but I made the most of the baths and would recommend them they are very relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a public room for relaxing on the second floor with free drinks, manga, newspapers etc which was really nice after using the baths. The location is great, a short walk from Ito station but quiet streets so relaxing.

Staff is very helpful even we check in very late in the night and the hot spring is super nice, it's warm and confortable, there is a certificate on the wall saying it's a natural hot spring. It's quite and the bed is confortable.

Great little location and great vibe. Lots of great little eateries and coffee places in the vicinity.Staff were lovely. Set up lots of cosy places to hang out. Stylish presentation. Provided reading material - great books- and fresh coffee.
