We had such a lovely stay here and would happily come back again. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt very welcoming. The buffet breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, with lots of variety and everything was beautifully prepared. The staff were also wonderful with our toddler and made him feel very special with a thoughtful welcome pack. This was my first time experiencing a public bath, and it was honestly a highlight. The facilities were spotless and it was such a relaxing experience. The welcome drinks and snacks were also a nice touch and added to the feeling that every little detail had been considered. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here. It felt comfortable, well cared for, and like a place we would love to return to.

“Comfortable and luxurious stay at Izukogen”
New and luxurious. Food offered was of a great quality. We encountered a superb/fantastic restaurant manager who had been very attentive and polite to customers’ need. Breakfast quality was superb.

Absolutely insane food and breakfast. Beautiful onsen, very comfortable room and helpful staff. Many fun daily excursions in the area. Perfect getaway to remove stress.

“Good location, comfortable room but sub standard service”
The lady who checked us in was friendly. We stayed in a premium room & had access to the premium lounge. However, we had to wait till 9am when it opens before we could get our freshly brewed coffee there.

The hotel was very impressive from the first walk in and the amazing views over the sea. Room incredible very spacious our own outdoor bath. Large bathroom. Onset was also very good especially the the outdoor area. Dinner was delicious, multi course meal included in the price.

“Great stay in a modern onsen hotel”
This is a more modern style onsen hotel Onsen overlooks the sea offering great views. Dinner set was delicious, service was perfect. Breakfast was buffet style and very good too.

“Excellent stay! We love everything!”
Everything. The dinner and breakfast were delicious. The room was spacious and clean. All amenities provided, they even have pyjamas for my baby, although it was a little oversized for her but it was so cute! Onsen was great. Views from the lobby was spectacular. Drinks was provided at the lobby too. Love the stay there! It was our favourite accommodation for the entire trip.
