“Very comfortable, restful and enjoyable”
Room is very spacious & comfortable. The facilities are also very good & useful. The staff working on the evening shift on 18/5/26 - a man and 2 ladies were excellent. They were caring, very helpful and went out of the way to help me find the fastest & easiest way to Kawaguchiko. They guided me every step so I was able to make it there on time for my appointment. Kudos to them👍👏👍👏. My heartfelt thanks.

“Enjoyable stay in spacious room with stunning view for sunrise. Nearby to My Omuro and the zoo.”
Staff are welcoming and assisted us to order food since we couldn’t book the restaurant for dinner. The suite is huge with sea view and close view of Mt Omuro. Stunning view for sunrise.

Great hot spring experience, huge rooms, amazing breakfast. The hotel is close to scenic sea shore and to volcano, where you have a great view of mount Fuji.

“Don't miss it in Ito”
Recently renovated (2026). Many facilities are new. Public bath, coin laundry, common area facilities are surprisingly good. In-hotel massage is great plus. It kept me busy on a rainy day. Great buffet breakfast. Nice restaurants within 10 minutes drive.

“Pricey hotel with a lovely Onsen. Out of the way location”
One main point for choosing the hotel was the Onsen which we were keen to try. It was amazing although you do have to be nude which, if I had known in advance may have made me choose somewhere else.
