“Good staff and central location”
The property was centrally located. Room size was standard. The bed sheet was not clean enough. Cleanliness level should be improved. The staff ( front desk ) were friendly but they took about an hour to complete check in procedure for us. May be it is not mistake of staff but surely because of ignorance of management.

“Soaltee Westend has pulled its socks up!”
The hotel had taken notice of my comments after our last stay and upgraded us to Deluxe rooms which were very comfortable and spacious. The staff, from the Manager down were very welcoming and we were treated like VIPs. All the facilities worked and we enjoyed a very comfortable stay.
