Overview
Villa Minoas Apartments is located in Istron, 10 km from Agios Nikolaos, and only 70 metres from the beach. Its self-catered apartments enjoy views of the sea or the lush surroundings. Each apartment features a private kitchen with fridge, kettle and coffee machine. In-room comforts include self-regulated air conditioning, a TV and free Wi-Fi internet. Private balconies come with wooden furniture. The hotel enjoys a great location close to the sandy beaches of Agios Panteleimon (70 metres), Golden Beach (250 metres) and Karavostasi (350 metres). There is a bus stop just outside the property. The surrounding area offers many traditional taverns, as well as restaurants, and cafes.

“Awesome host in an outstanding place”
The location is just outstanding, few minutes from the sea by walk, not crowded at all. There is a famous and fancy beach called Voulisma if you want that atmosphere, but there is another one more quiet where locals go. The host are just great people, always here to help you with a piece of advice or just for chit chat.

Charming and calm accommodation. Within very short walking distance to Voulisma beach and another great beach less crowded, shops & tavernas. Manolis the host is adorable. We felt like staying in a family house. 😊Beautiful garden & flowers around the terrace.

Absolutely everything! Cozy apartment with a sea view. The host is an amazing person, giving us a lot of useful recommendations. That was a real pleasure to stay there. We regret we didn't book for longer time.

We really enjoyed the stay, the sea view and the location close to wonderful beaches including breathtaking Voulisma beach, local tavernas and shops. The studio has everything one needs for a comfortable stay: kitchen area with utensils, comfortable beds, fresh towels/linen. The host was very helpful about every issue. Would definitely come back again and recommend to friends.

“Didn’t like the town but did like the accommodation , owner and beach”
The town is strung along a main road where the main shops , restaurants and bars are. The property was situated in a small quiet lane off this and had a very local homely feel about it. The owner was charming and very helpful and welcoming. A great asset was by walking a short distance down the Lane there is a very pleasant quiet gently sloping beach where swimming was easy. It is stony beach so wearing rubber shoes made it easier on tender feet.

Lovely large apartment in a very quiet location. Short walk to supermarket or some nice restaurants. We stayed for 2 nights as we wanted to explore this end of the island once again. Near to some very nice beaches. Very friendly owner.
