It has a great location, just 5min on foot from Voulisma beach. The apartment was spacious with a nice terrace. It had parking just behind the house. On our first night when we came back from dinner we found one dead and two live cockroaches. We immediately informed Anna, she offered that we can leave with a full refund. She also promised to call the disinfection service first thing in the morning. And her father came by the same night with a spray to deal with the bugs. Anyway the next day (when we were away) the disinfection service came, and the day later her father came to fix an opening in the kitchen and after that the problem was solved. I write this in the “what did you like” category because Anna responded immediately when we notified her about the problem and she started looking for solutions, offered us full refund if we wanted to leave. I think this kind of thing can happen to anybody, but it’s Anna’s reaction that left a good impression. That is why I can say we mostly enjoyed our stay.

We came to telework here for a week. Location is great if you like non touristic places. Restaurants nearby and good familiar atmosphere. The flat was very nice with balconies in each room. The flat can be a bit cold in autumn and the sun is mostly on the bedroom balconies but not on the main balcony of the living room (which has the nice view). Internet worked pretty well :) Overall great place to chill

Anna is an attentive host. A few small things during check-in were quickly and easily taken care of. The view from both balconies is very nice.

Lovely comfortable and beautifully furnished and equipped apartment.The host left complimentary traditional biscuits and pastries which was much appreciated.Close to some of the best beaches in the area and walking distance to shops,good restaurants and bakery.We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend this property.

“Spotless gem of an apartment 10 mins max from beach, tavernas, supermarkets etc.”

A lovely, quiet, spotlessly clean, well equipped gem of an apartment with a front terrace for morning and afternoon sunshine. 5-10 mins walk to Voulisma beach, tavernas, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy and bus stops. Pretty much all the essentials for a stay are provided. Wine and snacks awaited us on arrival too and there are thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. Mama Lukia and Kavos tavernas especially were great places to eat just around the corner and reasonably priced. Macrame by the beach a little pricier but all serving great food and cocktails.

Excellent welcome, delicious pastries, and excellent wine. The apartment is very spacious, very clean, and in an excellent location. Fully equipped kitchen, we could help ourselves to coffee, tea, jam, etc. Top-notch. Really a very beautiful apartment, great beds, excellent air conditioning. The apartment was also equipped with a high chair and an extra crib for our little one. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you once again for everything.

It was rather spacious appartment with lot of equipment. Place had interresting views over fields, towards the sea , as well as the mountains in rather quite place. Host was very kind giving us a generous welcome goods. The parking in the low-season was ok, but prepare yourself for a narrow road :) Bathroom and kitchen sink faucet would use an upgrade to a single lever, instead of being double lever. Not so dislike, but things you have to be aware : For the terrace at the ground floor, you have to expect semi-wild cats randomly sitting there. Due to the orientation to the west, there's rather limited possibility for drying things in the morning.

We liked pretty much everything. Our communication with Anna was always very pleasant and helpful, the flat much bigger than we expected and super clean with more wardrobe space than we have at home! Some thoughtful extras that we didn't expect: wine, cakes, coffee filter papers, even ground coffee, maps of the immediate area and lots of other touches. The beds were comfortable and the aircon in the rooms all ran quietly, gave a gentle breeze and had remotes that were simple to use. There are intact and working fly screens and roller blinds in each room with gauzy curtains. It was very peaceful there with pleasant views from the terrace onto peoples' gardens/allotments where vegetables were being grown for the family and a few chickens kept. There was constant hot water and a powerful hairdryer. Private and safe parking provided. In fact everything was very good. My favourite part of the stay was sitting quietly on our terrace and being able to hear the waves breaking. We had a lower flat with garden views, from the upstairs ones you have good views of the sea, mountains and surrounding area. There are some very good beaches in this area. About a 7 minute drive away is pretty Voulisma Beach. There is now an interesting adults only coffee/wine bar above the beach called Macrame and this is well worth a visit and a drink. Beautifully designed and surrounded by gardens of cultivated grasses gently swaying in the sea breeze, we spent many a happy hour there. Perfect chill-out place.

The facilities were excellent and it was very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. The welcome food stuffs were really appreciated as we arrived very late at night after a traumatic day of flight cancellation & waiting hours for a replacement flight
