We found a little paradise. Great swimming pool, a shady garden, walking distance to amazing beach and a small supermarket, and an incredibly friendly host. It was hard to leave.

Warm welcome with thoughtful gifts. 5 mins to a beautiful beach. Shops, taverns, transport, and rentals nearby. Veronika is a kind and helpful host!

I join all the positive reviews.Everything positive written about Kassandra is absolutely true. First of all, I want to remind you that Greece is a source of civilization and vibrant democracy. It was on Crete that the most ancient European civilization arose. 3,000 years ago, the Minoans built multi-story buildings with running water here. Kassandra is a part of Cretan culture, and the people are incredible. Veronica will give you a piece of her soul and heart, and make you feel like a member of the family. If you want a unique vacation in excellent conditions, this is the place for you. The location is excellent. There are beautiful beaches nearby, making it easy to travel around Crete. We are very grateful to Veronica and highly recommend visiting. You won't regret it; it's truly worth it, as is communicating with this charming woman.

“Very nice”

Very cozy apartment with a great view. For 3 people the perfect size. The host Veronika is super nice and responds very fast (had a broken lightbulb and she came 5min after texting her). The kitchen has everything you need to cook and there are also great places to go for dinner nearby. After going for a swim in the pool, it was nice to have breakfast on the balcony looking at the sea. Two nice beaches are ~10min by foot away. There are enough parking spots. Overall, it was a great choice.

Bye bye Veronika! We had a wonderful holiday in Crete - the area of Istron was quiet but with enough restaurants and bars to be able to eat out most nights. There are supermarkets to buy the essentials just down the road. The beach is just over the road so you can stroll there from the accommodation. Lovely rustic property and beautiful grounds with a wonderful sea view. The pool was fantastic to cool off in the hot weather, hardly anyone else there when we wanted to use it. Such good value for money! We hired a car and visited the nearby Agios Nikolaos, beautiful Elounda, Sitia port, Heraklion and various villages in the hills. We weren’t looking for busy tourist areas so avoided them, but next trip we plan to visit further away places as it is quite a big island to explore in 1 week! Most of all, Veronika was the best host - very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. We will be back for another visit!

I felt truly at home at Kassandra Garden Residence. Veronika, the hostess, was incredibly welcoming and made me feel so comfortable, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The place itself offers a sense of peace and coziness, with a beautiful garden filled with flowers and olive trees. The view is absolutely breathtaking! I have no negative comments at all. The accommodation definitely exceeds expectations in terms of quality and value. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Gorgeous view from typical cretan property with lovely pool. Brilliant hostes who provided all the basics needed. Fully stocked bathroom. Kitchen with provided olive oil, tea bags, filter coffee, instant coffee, washing up liquid and cloths, plus complimentary nibbles and wine. Freezer box for use for picnics on the beach. Such a lovely touch. It was 32 degrees, and we had to turn the air con off on a night as the building was very cool. The bed was perfect for me liking a hard bed but too hard for hubby! Ample parking. The accommodation is situated around 50 metres up a little road between 2 restaurants. It is a short walk to 2 lovely beaches. The one on the left is used by the locals and one which we preferred as very quiet. There is a local bus service to Agios Nikolaos. However, we didn't use it but saw people waiting. There are several little bars in walking distance, but the beauty of the place is that it isn't commercialised too much and a very Greek area.

Everything! Veronika went beyond anything to make our stay ostanding. Location is only 5 minutes walking from Voulisma beach.

From my perspective, only a guest who doesn’t fully understand the location and the offerings of the accommodation would not be completely satisfied. Veronika, the host, along with the entire team, made me feel welcome and cared for, leaving me with memories of a warm, homely atmosphere rather than a cold hotel experience. I truly appreciated the hospitality and the genuine kindness that made my stay special.

The authentic greek atmosphere. Katerina is very kind and the apartment is well cleaned. If you are searching for luxury, this is not the place for you. This is a humble, but nice place. The bed is comfortable and the flat is in a quiet area. It has a beautiful view and you can reach the sea by walking. And to end, the homemade olive oil produced by Katerina is delicious!

The photos don’t really do the property justice. The terrace is large and has a wonderful view. The villa is very clean and airy. The kitchenette is nice. We thought we would want to cook for ourselves more but the local tavernas are so good that it was a shame to stay in. It really is perfect for a couple. We stayed in Villa 1. I think they are all probably similar. The location is perfect for both the beaches. Veronika, is incredibly friendly and all communication was immediate and straightforward. We had the best 8 days possible. Total relaxation.
