Overview
Offering a year-round outdoor pool and views of the sea, Istron Maisonettes with private pool is situated in the heart of Istro in the Crete Region. The accommodation is air conditioned and comes with a spa bath. A range of scenic beaches are located within a short driving distance. Each unit at Istron Maisonettes with private pool features a spacious living room which opens out to a lush terrace with a private infinity pool, whilst bedrooms and bathrooms are allocated to the first floor. The balcony enjoys sea views. All rooms are air-conditioned and the fully equipped kitchen is fitted with an oven, dishwasher, microwave oven and kettle. A flat-screen, satellite TV and DVD player are also offered. Free WiFi is available. Istron Maisonettes with private pool also includes a barbecue. Wooden fencing is used between the houses. Each terrace features thick vegetation. The picturesque town of Agios Nikolaos is at 10 km while the nearest beach of Agios Panteleimon is at just 800 metres. Heraklion Airport is 70 km away.

“Great family getaway”
Good breakfast delivered to the room. A lot of space in the apartement. Kids loved the pool. Peaceful view over olive tree garden. Nice beaches nearby.

“Perfect base for exploring Eastern Crete”
We had a truly wonderful week staying in one of the Istron Maisonettes. The maisonette was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The private terrace was a particular highlight – perfect for quiet mornings with a coffee and peaceful evenings overlooking the surrounding hills and sea. The location is ideal. The use of the lovely beach and Pool at the Istron Bay Hotel a short 5 minutes drive away was an added bonus. One of our favourite discoveries was the excellent local bakery just two minutes away – we visited every morning for fresh bread and pastries (see attached photo). Even better, there’s a traditional taverna directly in front of the property where we had some of the best meals of the trip – warm, welcoming, and full of authentic Cretan flavour (photo also attached). The atmosphere throughout our stay was quiet and relaxed, and the hosts were friendly and helpful without ever being intrusive. Their local tips really enhanced our experience and helped us explore more of this beautiful part of Crete. This maisonette was a perfect base for our holiday – combining comfort, charm, and convenience in one of the most scenic areas of the island. We’d love to return in the future. “Wonderful”
We loved our stay! The house is spacious, surrounded by olives trees and nature. We enjoyed having our own personal pool! Demetris was an excellent host, very helpful and kind.

“We had a lovely stay and can warmly recommend this place”
We were lucky to be upgraded to the Istron luxury villas (Daphne) and we especially enjoyed the lovely pool with salt water (hence not with many chemicals) that our children spent hours in. Also very comfortable beds, well working air conditioning and not the least: the kindest and most attentive host in Dimitris and other staff.
