Great place to stay! Quiet, beautiful, just what we were looking for.

The magnificent view from the terrace and hospitality of the hostess exceeded my expectations. A unique place. Interesting architectural design of the building.The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, making it the perfect place to unwind. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Istron Homes. The property is perfectly located a short distance from a lovely sandy beach with crystal clear waters, a wonderful walk along the headland (perfect if you get up early to watch the sun rise- there’s also a small hidden beach) and a short walk into town which houses several good restaurants and small well stocked supermarkets. The other beach close by is a private beach owned by the hotel but you can pay for a day pass at the reception. As it was out of season, they didn’t charge us and we were fortunate enough to have an entire beach to ourselves…. Absolute bliss especially as the small bay is teaming with fish and perfect for snorkelling. The property itself is set back from the road on the hillside and offers unbeatable views across the bay and over to Agios Nikolaos (20 mins by car) - perfect for an evening with few olives and a tall Ouzo. The kitchen has enough utensils to cook a meal if you wish to stay in, and there’s plenty of room to chill either in the lounge or on the patios all of which are well maintained, exceptionally clean and serviced throughout our stay. The host is very friendly and extremely accommodating. We were fortunate enough to receive an upgrade in accommodation on arrival, and on our last day we had a late flight and we were allowed to use the facilities well past check out. All in all, I would rate this property higher if I could and would highly recommend both the property and location. We’ll definitely be booking again.

The location is close to some beautiful sandy beaches

“A perfect stay for beach holiday or those who wish to drive around with a car.”

The view: Fantastic. The location: close to two beaches, walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. Staff: very friendly, accommodating and helpful Windows: Mosquito nets were installed on windows which was very helpful, we had no mosquito. Parking: Free parking at the place and always a parking lot was available during our stay. Kitchen: Small yet fairly well equipped one. We managed to make one dinner after long drive.

This perfectly located apartment (we have been upgraded to a Maisonnette) has a fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous views on the sea, cozy terraces and modern design furnitures. The staff - particularly the house keeping - have been radiant with hospitality and kindness. The beach is 8 min by food away.

Absolutely fantastic location,beautiful well fitted out apartment. Kept superbly clean ,easy parking ,tavernas just down the road ,a wonderful beach what more could you want .excellent helpfull hosts a great big well done to the istron homes team .

“Wonderful Apartment in Istron, Crete”

My partner and I had a lovely one-week stay at Istron Homes in their maisonette apartment. It had exceptional views and we had three balconies to choose from. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. It was easy to walk down to Voulisma beach and Istron's restaurants & supermarkets. It was also easy to get a bus or taxi to Agios Nikolaos for the evening. Daphne was super helpful & responsive to any questions I had. There is a main road that runs close to the apartment but it didn't bother us at all. I would 100% recommend Istron Homes - thank you Daphne for such a wonderful stay.

Everything was perfect! The location is super nice, few minutes from the beach! It has a nice sea view! The host and the lady who cleaned our room were super nice! Definitely recommend staying there .

It's I belive everything as a whole. It is a wonderful location. It's very clean. Host is extremely helpful. It's Greece 😁. This apartment has it all. Very comfortable. We were with the three of us. Beds are great, big bathroom, kitchen with everything one needs. Surrounding is stunning. Not to mention Voulossima beach nearby which is just a few clicks away. For anyone staying there, please take care of that wonderful cat called Boukitsa (small bite).

Istron Homes appts are perfect in everything, from location, proximity to the beautiful Voulisma beach, cleanness and comfort to the friendly and welcomming staff. We LOVED the view so much it was heart-breaking to leave. Would definitely choose the same host for our next visit to Crete.
