“Elpida Village Crete”

Room was very cosy , comfortable beds and the rooms were cleaned daily and to a good standard with fresh bedding and towels applied. Breakfast choices was a combination of hot and cold buffet with hot and cold drinks available. The swimming Pool was of a goid size and sunbeds were always readily available to use.

Breakfast was good, staff helpful and friendly. The pool area was nice and had a lovely view. The room was large and comfortable. The girl that ran the activities and kids area was very sweet. The kids areas were good.

“Uphill resort with pretty low standards”

Poor selection of breakfest with low quality products, unfitting for a 4 star hotel The setup of the hotel and its rooms makes it an unacceptable choice for handicaps and people with small children (uphill and a maze of buildings without ramps) There si no consierge or bell boy, which makes it quite difficult for the elderly to carry luggage to their rooms The unforgiving sentiment of old and in dire need of refurbishment

“Beautiful views and pleasant stay”

Very beautiful hotel with stunning views. Since it is located high up, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire bay, whether you are dining or relaxing by the pool. However, there are quite a lot of stairs and uphill paths to reach the hotel and the rooms, which can be difficult when carrying luggage. The all inclusive meals provide many options. The room was simple and pleasant with a balcony. Shops, cafe and a bakery are close by, and the beach is about a 10-15’ walk, depending on which one you choose. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would recommend it to guests who do not mind stairs and uphill walking.

The hotel is a short walk from Voulisma, a wonderful beach. Around 1,5 km. The Staff is really helpful and with a smile on their face!

Good breakfast with lovely view. Excellent restaurants in easy walking distance. Good beach within walking distance. Nice swimming pool with a view. Good games room. Lots of fun evening activities.

“Little bit of relax”

* A very large bed, even too large * Cleanliness - the room was cleaned every day * Breakfast - large and varied (vege options, lots of vegetables and fruit, a good selection of cheeses and cold cuts, as well as some local products). * location - close to Agios Nikolaos, Jerapetra and Sitia, as well as many beaches. * deep swimming pool where you can swim freely. * garden with many sun loungers, also in the shade, where you can relax in peace.

I enjoyed the big bed and the view from both room and restaurant. The Room was cleaned daily and also we were very well welcomed when we arrived. They also have the 24h reception which was very helpful. The music from the restaurant is very nice, also the dishes not in use anymore were picked up very quickly by the staff. During both breakfast and dinner you can also enjoy drinks (if you don't have the All-inclusive package). Almost each evening they have activities such as the Greek Night with really nice music and fun while dancing.
