“Perfect”

We had an unforgettable stay here and would absolutely recommend this apartment. The view is simply stunning, and the location is perfect – peaceful and away from the crowds, yet close to a beautiful beach and excellent restaurants. What made our stay truly special was the owner. He is a wonderful host – incredibly welcoming, always there if you need anything, and he runs a fantastic restaurant where the food is just amazing. He even shared fresh vegetables from his own garden with us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We arrived as guests but left as friends, thanks to his warm hospitality. If you are looking for a place with breathtaking views, great food, and genuine Cretan hospitality, this is the perfect choice!

“Super stay close to Voulisma”

Everything was fine, all we needed we found there. Giorgos is there to make You apsolutly the best and fresh prepared food. Location is 5min from Voulisma. So just drop off there and enjoy as much You can.

“Very good location for Voulisma Beach”

Great location, close to the Voulisma beach, very spacious, great view, had pretty much all the facilities needed. Apartment had two large bedrooms, one with double bed, one with two single beds, large living room, two large balconies ( one facing the road, one above the restaurant terrace area). Noticed also a child bed, and a foldable one. Living has kitchen facilities such as : capsules coffee maker, hot water heater, microwave oven, induction stove. Windows and balconies doors have roll on shades, and each room has good AC. Lots of light switches and 220V sockets . The host, Yorgo , is a very kind, approachable and great attitude person, keep in touch with him on WhatsApp if you need something. Free wireless at location is very good. We have tried fish one time and was very tasty, however is cash payment on location so we have just eaten once.

The owner is a handsome and always kindly and positive man. He treated us as friends, not as tourists. The food in his restaurant was delicious all the time. The view on the beach was amazing. So every single part of our holiday was perfect because of the great owner, the perfect view and the feeling that we were welcome in every single second.

“Quirky large apartment with great view”

It is a large apartment with fun decoration and a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains down to the sea. The local stoney beach had good swimming and an abundance of birdlife.

Very big apartment in a walking distance from two beaches ( voulisma and agios panteleimonou). We had a great time there thanks to Iorgos,the host, and his family. He made us feel like family, too. Iorgos is a great person and a very good chef. We would definetely come back. The apartment was very well equiped and is in a quiet area, 15 min drive from Agios Nicolaos.

George the owner and his son are both very nice and friendly. They take care our all of our needs quickly with smiles. The owner has a restaurant on the ground floor with see view, food is delicious with reasonable price. Highly recommend this place.

The apartment is very spacious, with an amazing sea view, and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Georgios was the most welcoming, friendly host and has a very good RAKI😊 The restaurant on the ground floor serves very tasty traditional Greek and seafood. Excellent location, close to Voulisma Beach. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will be back again. Highly recommend

Excellent renovated and spacious apartment. The owner George is very kind and friendly. The view is enchanting. Washing machine is available, which is very useful Excellent location, a few minutes to Voulisima beach, as well as markets, bakeries and taverns are all around. Tavern on the ground floor for every recommendation, excellent selection of fish, seafood, appetizers, salads and barbecue at very decent prices.

Big comfortable apartment. Close to the beach. 50 metres from the bus stop. Owner is always in touch.

Warm greeting and perfect service in apartments and ground floor restaurant as well. Ground floor restaurant keeps the best prices in the city and outstanding food taste and quality.

“the best host I’ve ever had!”

I’ve been stayed at Istro for 10 days with my husband and friends. I was really good time for all of us. The owner is so kind and nice person, that we were very sad when a leaving day become. The apartments are huge and have everything that’s you need, the view is beautiful, and the restaurant is also perfect. We decided to come back one day there.

Great location, very spacious apartments, one fully renovated, second still before renovation but still very comfortable.

The owner is very polite and helpful, and always cheerful. Apartment is very spaceous and it has everything you need. It is close to the one of the best beaches in that region. There are two teraces and very nice sea view.
