“Extremely satisfying”
The room and the service has been much more satisfying than expected. The room can be cleaned every day if you ask for it and there is a mini boiler over the mini fridge in order to prepare your coffee or tea if you like. The hotel is near the metro station Osmanbey but it' s an uphill road that leads to it. The hotel has an elevator and it functions, which I find very important because many buildings in Istanbul neither have an elevator nor it works!!! The receptionist Eyüp is a very gentle and friendly young man that has tried to solve every problem we had.

The only good thing about the place was the comfort of the bed. The bed was large and comfortable and helped us gather as much sleep as possible despite the other problems we faced.

“Great vacation”
I have just returned home after 4 day visit to Istanbul. I was travelling alone and decided to book into the Won Plaza due to its previous positive reviews. Honestly my time at the hotel was perfect, the staff are amazing and very helpful. The hotel is clean and close by to restaurants, bars and shopping. The metro station is 5 min walk away. There is a sheesha cafe next to the hotel and staff there are so welcoming that I did not want to leave. Would I recommend this place to others, yes. Highly and I will be returning back and booking the same hotel. Thank you
