We had a wonderful stay at Wanda Vista Istanbul. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were comfortable, and the view from the 35th floor was amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful in several difficult situations, especially Mahmut and Esra, who went above and beyond to assist us. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay truly special. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“Never coming back again!”

I stayed at Wanda Vista Hotel in Istanbul, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing in several ways. Even from the beginning, I found it quite strange that omelettes at breakfast were charged separately, especially for a hotel of this category. Years ago, my sister stayed here and told me this was not the case. The breakfast overall also felt quite limited and not what I would expect from a higher-end hotel. The biggest issue happened after checkout. I accidentally left my orthopedic pillow in the room — something very important to me because I have serious neck problems. I realized it immediately and called the hotel around one hour after checkout. At first, they told me to give them a little time and that they would check and call me back shortly. They didn’t so i wrote again and the answer was “Unfortunately sir, no pillows were found.” The next day, since my cousin was still in Istanbul, I even asked him to stay near the hotel in case they finally found it. I called the hotel again to follow up, and once again they told me there was “nothing” in the lost and found department. What made the situation even worse was that I actually had proof that the pillow was in the room. I had taken pictures while lying in bed, where the pillow was clearly visible. I even offered to send them photos showing the pillow and its bronze-brownish pillowcase so they could identify it more easily. I sent the pictures, and nobody even responded afterward. Honestly, the whole situation made no sense. It is impossible for such an item to simply disappear within such a short time after checkout. What upset me the most was not only the missing pillow, but also the attitude of the staff. They seemed completely uninterested, unhelpful, and acted as if they did not believe me at all. Instead of trying to assist or show empathy, I felt dismissed and ignored throughout the entire process. This was not just an ordinary pillow it was something related to my health and comfort.

The staff were always welcoming, professional, and quick to help with anything we needed. Breakfast had a wide variety of fresh options, and the location made it easy to reach shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. The atmosphere throughout the hotel felt elegant and relaxing.
