“Amazing service, location and rooms”
Location: amazing in high end part of Istanbul. Next door to Chanel and LV, opposite Prada. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and boutiques Rooms : high end boutique penthouse apartments style. Flawless and great interior design Food: very good but priced accordingly Service: saved the best until last - the staff. Absolutely amazing service, on par with four seasons (which is the highest compliment I can give). Butler / concierge service welcoming a few days prior over WhatsApp and left juices and amenities ready in the room as we requested. Went above and beyond to accommodate us - even found me a local padel court and coach to play with by ringing around for me. Our stay was 10/10 - couldn’t recommend enough

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Vakko Hotel, and what made it truly exceptional was the incredible service provided by the staff, particularly Nisren and Mourad. From the moment I arrived, Nisren ensured that every aspect of my stay was perfect. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, especially during my recovery after surgery. Her attention to detail and genuine care made me feel completely at ease. Mourad was equally amazing, always delivering my food requests promptly and with a warm smile. He made sure that my dietary requirements were met, often going the extra mile to ensure everything was just right. Their professionalism and kindness truly set this hotel apart. The hotel itself is beautiful, offering a luxurious and comfortable environment. However, it was the staff who made my experience unforgettable. I highly recommend Vakko Hotel to anyone looking for a stay that combines luxury with personal care. I can't wait to return in the future!

An incredible stay! The hotel surpassed all expectations. Our room was spotless, spacious, and boasted a modern design. The staff—incredibly helpful and friendly—responded to every request instantly. “Unimaginably Exceptional”
I have stayed in Most 5+ Star Hotels in Istanbul including the biggest names like Four Seasons, Kempinsky, Shangri La, etc. Nothing compares to Vakko. Nothing.
