“A good hotel with a convenient location”

We've stayed at this hotel several times now. It's very conveniently located (in the center of Taksim). Buses to the airport are a 7-minute walk away, and there are plenty of cafes and bars nearby.

I had a pleasant one-night stay at Utarit Hotel. The staff accommodated my request for a balcony room, which I really appreciated. The room itself was comfortable and the stay was enjoyable overall. The only downside was that my room was on the fourth floor and there was no lift, which might be inconvenient for some guests.

Staff were incredibly friendly, even allowed me to stay longer to get some extra rest. They also stored my luggage after check out safely for a few hours. Perfect location and the bedroom does the job if you’re looking to stay just a night or two.

“Little gem boutique hotel.”

Lovely place in the middle of Taksim. Close to bars and pubs if you fancy some nightlife. Metro literally 5 min walk. Host was very friendly and attentive. Speedy check in , very comfortable bed( better than mine at home!) slept like a baby.

“This is my third time staying at Utarit Hotel, but this visit was truly exceptional. Their service was highly efficient, extremely professional, and remarkably well-executed. The cleanliness was excellent, the hotel’s location was outstanding, and the surrounding area felt very safe. I arrived early in Istanbul around 8 a.m., and I was pleasantly surprised to receive my room at around 10 a.m. — something I did not expect. Upon checking out, I was able to return the room around 1 p.m. Thank you very much for this outstanding service.”

I book throgh booking.com and i paid and my booking was confirmed. But on arrival i was told that booking.com confirmed the booking without checking with the hotel and was told there was no room for me. This was at 11.00 pm. Extreamly anoying and unproffessional. I had to look for alternative arrangement which cost me a lot of time and money.

Very good location right next to Taksim square.

I booked and paid for my stay two months in advance, but when we arrived at night, there was no one at the reception, the place was completely dark, and the main door was left open. We didn’t feel safe to enter at all. I also sent them a message at 11:16 PM, which was still within their stated reception hours (until 11:30 PM), but nobody replied. Because of this, we had to find and pay for another hotel that same night. Later, I also discovered that the room was underground and had no window, information that was not shown when I booked, and was only added after I had already paid. When I tried to explain my situation, instead of offering an apology or understanding, the hotel responded in a very disrespectful and defensive way, accusing me of “threatening” them just because I said I would leave an honest review. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I hope future guests will be aware of what happened before.

“Great Location, a budget hotel at the heart of the city. No elevator might be a problem for sbd.”

I like the manager Asim such a nice guy. I booked Utarit but when found that it doesn't have elevator requested for lower floor and Asim arranged another of his property with elevater. Sent all the details in advance for Self check in as my flight was late in night and I reached the hotel after reception hours. Full points to Asim the manager.
