In a small side street right off Kabataş ferry port, with a short tram ride to the old town. If you squint a little, the neighbourhood reminds of montmartre with its steep stairways and narrow streets. Extremely friendly reception staff, very knowledgeable and with great suggestions for food, sightseeing and getting around. Very friendly cats out front as well ;)

“Lovely— also the staff is great”
Everything was great. The bed was comfortable, air conditioning is working fine, the bathroom was good — the hairdryer is working fine—- and honestly the hair and body soaps/conditioner smelled gread, loved them genuinely. I haven’t had any bad experiences with the hotel. ——we tried to take a taxi when we came and money wise is not worth it at all—- i recommend taking the transportation the hotel offers (we took the return one and so far we got no complaints) Didn’t take any pics, i only made a video but i see you cant post video on booking—-ill put some screenshots of it

“Fantasic city and great hotel!”
Everything was wonderful. We really apreciated the helpful and friendly staff. They helped us get familiar with the area and Sam even accompanied us to get our transport card! The hotel is right by the tram and only two stops from the central part.The room was confortable and clean. The staff really made the experience, they were warm, welcoming and chatty. Tesekkürler Sam, Camil & Marium! We hope to meet again, sent with love from Seville, Spain.

Very accessible - just a few steps away from the tram station. The staff was extremely helpful and even helped us get an istanbulkart which helped us get around the city easily - avoiding both traffic and overpriced taxis. The staff was very hospitable, brought us Turkish tea and coffee whenever we ordered them for free! They also man the desk 24/7 so it’s easy to get help at any time

“Nice people but uncomfortable beds, fluctuating water temperature & an unusable air condition”
The room was generally clean, although it had a strange smell. The best part of our stay was the staff—they were always helpful and polite and at the end they even gave us a small souvenir gift!
