Love how huge the room is! A bit far from the main attractions but you can take the metro.

“An unpleasant stay ruined by dishonest staff looking to scam you.”

From the very beginning, an employee told me that I had paid Booking.com and that the hotel hadn’t received any money, so they wouldn’t accommodate me. But then he suddenly had a “solution”: he knew a friend with a hotel of the same standards, and I would get a refund from Booking.com. Because I didn’t fall for this trap, someone else at the reception eventually told me everything was fine and handed me the room key. The hotel itself is decent, except for the meals: overcrowded, poor quality, and with a hospital-like atmosphere. It feels like most guests are there for medical treatments—mainly hair implants (the most off-putting ones) and dental procedures. That’s literally all you hear about at the tables. Everything feels cramped and profit-driven, like they’re just squeezing money from vulnerable clients. I will never stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Love the staff!!! They were very helpful, informative and friendly! The location is near the tram line straight to Topkapi, sultan Ahmet mosque and aya sofya We started our month trip there and ended it there GREAT PLACE!

Particularly noteworthy here is the staff. The entire workforce is customer-oriented and friendly. I noticed this very positively after staying for five days. From the service staff to the manager, everyone is concerned about the well-being of the guests.
