“I appreciate all except that transaction on my account which Wyndham tried to charge me.”
There was transaction happened on my account which was failed. I already have the option to pay at the hotel. Why would Wyndham try to take amount from my credit card ? I arrived a little late but still arrived within that day.

I asked for a taxi at the staff, they told me ok called. After 20 minutes I asked why the taxi not arrive and the answer was that the call was deleted. Nothing more, no alternative solution no excuses.
