Location near Taksim Metro station and Istiklal Street is very convenient. We booked the 'family room' and it was great having a kitchenette, small table and chairs to eat at and separate sleeping areas. Best of all, however, was the front desk staff. They are on duty 24 hours a day and are always welcoming, helpful and ready with a cup of tea or Turkish coffee!! Breakfast was a generous buffet, with a selection of Turkish specialties, traditional cold cuts and Continental style as well as a couple hot offerings.

Great location. Close to Taksim Square but in a quiet street. We liked the friendliness and helpfulness of all the hotel staff. Had great barista coffee with a good breakfast. lovely room with a balcony. Our adult son used the sofa bed which was very comfortable.

A wonderful hotel with excellent, friendly service. The entire stay was perfect. The hotel's location is a 5-minute walk from Taksim metro station and the same distance from Istiklal pedestrian street. It's a 20-minute walk to the Bosphorus coast, where the T1 tram line to Sultanahmet runs. The hotel is well-maintained; the room was cleaned daily, towels were changed, and water was provided. The breakfasts were delicious, made with fresh products - just like in a Turkish home. We felt cared for by the staff, who showed interest in our well-being and the quality of our stay. We recommend this hotel – we're already planning to return.

The location and the staff were great.Very honest breakfast, not big but all the essentials and more and good quality food with good taste. Amenities in the room very good with coffee machine and water bottles replenished every day! It just happened that it rain non stop in Istanbul last days. The hotel had some issues with electricity etc. Things that were beyond their control. However the people there tried their best to rectify the problems and they were very apologetic and kind.
