Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. The Galata tower view from the balcony was amazing and the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice boutique hotel, top location. Friendly staff but have to step it up a little to make it a truly 5 star experience (no doorman, no ramp for the suitcase, limited English spoken). Wonderful view from the breakfast area facing the old city and the river.

The room with sea view was very good. The staff was friendly and professional except for the restaurant.

I like the district where hotel is situated, very close to Galata and all kind of public transport. The hotel is rather good. Helpful staff. Rooms are equipped with all required things. Breakfast is good, nice view from the restaurant terrace.

The hotel is in a perfect location with easy access to everything. The breakfast was delicious, service was outstanding, elegant and spacious rooms. I will definitely return.

Ulas Omay, Front Office Supervisor, is excellent. Any problems Ulas will do his absolute best to resolve them to your satisfaction and more. All staff I met during my stay at the Galata Hotel were exceedingly polite, caring and helpful. My room was very well presented, clean and comfortable. Bathroom facilities were all functioning and with plentiful hot water. The shower was special. On the downside the wifi was flagged by my laptop security as not being password protected. The bar and restaurant are, as expected, rather expansive. Breakfast menu is extensive and the food well prepared. I did not eat any other meals in the hotel. Wherever I may visit in the future however, I will be incredibly fortunate if I the staff are as personable, professional and caring as Ulas and his team.
