“avoid at all costs from an honest traveler”

let me start with saying that we did not stay at this accomodation and I am not a lying person (I am sure owner will reply saying that I do). A day before our checking date the owner called me directly on whatsup. He said we can't stay in the place we book and proposed with stay at Alpacino Apart Hotel that was larger for the same price in a different area. He sent me a video of the proposed apartment. It sounded too good to be true and after reading previous reviews about that hotel and also this hotel as well, we realized it is a typical bait and switch technique that scammers are using to attract you with a nice video, but place you in a dump. I reported this to bookings.com, but both accomodation are still available for booking. The owner was kind enough to cancel my booking free of charge. Please save yourselves from the aggravation and avoid this place or the Alpacino Apart Hotel.

I was a little skeptical because of the reviews, but after arriving, I concluded that the negative reviews were malicious because this is a small but charming place. I stayed exactly as I saw in the photos, and I loved the view and location. The host was an honest person; they responded to messages immediately and were very helpful.

the host was incredibly hospitable to us. he created a WhatsApp group for us and constantly kept in touch if we had any enquiries. he even left a box of turkish delight sweets at our doorstep. it was beautiful experience. location close to shops, cafes and train station

Perfect location, quiet street but only 5 mins from Hagia Sofia. Lovely restaurant next door (delicious breakfasts and dinners). Friendly and helpful staff
