“MY PREVIOUS STAY WASNT A GREAT ONE.”

I didn’t like the penthouse I stayed the last time. The walkway to the room was very dirty and wasn’t cleaned for days. We had to keep asking for almost everything at all times, from bathroom essentials to kitchen essentials. Somerset used to be my favorite place of stay in Istanbul but i feel it is loosing its value and quality by the day.

Nothing. Very unprofessional staff, especially at the reception. There was no hot water, the rooms were dirty, and kitchen utensils were missing. Hygiene was at a very basic level. The windows had not been cleaned since the hotel first opened. I do not recommend this place at all.

We had an outstanding stay thanks to Mehmed. Seeing how exhausted we were on arrival, he immediately upgraded our room and assured us that he was there to help with absolutely anything we might need. His attention and kindness really stood out throughout our stay. When he noticed us worrying about being late and possibly missing our concert, he took the initiative to order us a cab without hesitation. That small but thoughtful gesture made a huge difference.
