I was there for the second time and last time I have made a comment that there is not enough dairy products for breakfast and this time the hospitality manager came over to me at breakfast and invited to show the new selection of dairy for breakfast. Amazing client service and was much appreciated.

I was truly impressed with how amazingly clean the hotel was. As someone who is very particular about hygiene due to health reasons, the level of cleanliness exceeded my expectations. When I contacted the hotel regarding a special situation we were dealing with, the staff went above and beyond to help us. They did everything they could to accommodate my request, which made us feel completely at home—safe, comfortable, and truly cared for. I am especially grateful to Fazilet and Duru from the Guest Relations team, who were extremely professional and helpful, as well as the reception team, and Serap Biricik from the restaurant. They were incredibly accommodating, understanding, and supportive. Their kindness and genuine care made us feel very special throughout our stay. Thank you all so much for making our experience so positive and memorable.

I want to thank all the staff for making our short holiday exceptional, especially the reception and housekeeping teams. Everybody was very polite and helped us in every possible way. The hotel was very nice, the room size was very good, and there was plenty of space to put our things. Breakfast varieties could perhaps be improved, but overall we left the hotel very happy.

We were extremely disappointed with our recent experience with the Sheraton, as we were not able to check into the hotel at all. What made the situation even more frustrating is that the hotel failed to notify us in advance. In fact, just a few hours before our arrival, we received a message from the property asking for our exact check-in time and confirming that they were expecting us. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that our floor was "under maintenance." We strongly believe this was not true, as the hotel appeared to be fully booked due to a large corporate event, wedding, or similar gathering. It felt as though the hotel had sold a major corporate contract and chose not to accommodate some individual guests as a result. We were very upset by this situation, especially because we had planned our evening around a concert located right next to the hotel and most importantly, because Sheraton did not warn us in advance. We understand that unexpected situations can happen, but it would have been respectful and responsible to notify us beforehand. To make matters worse, the payment for our reservation was charged the day before and has still not been refunded. Sheraton did make an effort to relocate us to another hotel, but the alternative property was not within walking distance. We lost time, arrived late to the concert, and our entire evening along with our impression of the Sheraton brand was ruined.

Modern, well maintained building. Room was very comfortable. Very clean. Gym was very good. Bed was very comfortable. Complementary water every day. Room was serviced every day. Good towels. Good shower. Breakfast was really good. Lots of variety. Very fresh.

Room big and clean, big bed, high comfort quality as in the Sheraton standard. Swimming pool and gym really nice.
