We had the most fantastic stay! We arrived at 6AM, so exhausted from our long flight from South Africa and the staff were so kind to make plans for us to check in early. I can’t even tell you how great that nap was! Perfect location, close to restaurants and shops, nice rooms, very comfortable stay!

My experience at this hotel was far below acceptable standards. On the first night, the air‑conditioning in my room produced extremely loud noise, making it impossible to sleep. Although I reported the issue immediately, the hotel did not fix it and did not offer a room change until the following day. On the day of my departure, the hotel handed me the wrong closed bag. My own bag contained important medicine that I had stored in the restaurant freezer. When I contacted the hotel, they informed me that I had to pay for a taxi to return the wrong bag and collect mine, even though the mistake was entirely theirs. They also assured me the taxi would arrive within one hour, but it arrived after two hours and demanded additional payment. Because of this delay, I missed my flight and had to purchase a new ticket, in addition to the taxi costs. This stay caused unnecessary stress, financial loss, and a very negative overall experience. I cannot recommend this hotel based on how these issues were handled.

“Fair value for money , but one can find better location”
Location is pleasant and close to the historical center, room is fair but lots of things there are a bit "tired", breakfast was not really good - one could not even get an omlet
