“My stay was below expectations i such reputed proporty.”
My stay was below expectations. The room was quite narrow and uncomfortable, with poor AC and ventilation. I also experienced mosquito bites during the stay, and the shower gel was not refilled properly. The hospitality at the lobby could be improved, as we did not feel properly welcomed or treated with the expected courtesy. The taxi arranged by the hotel was also disappointing. The driver charged us excessively, including two-way toll charges, and the experience ended with an argument. Due to an emergency, I checked out one day earlier. I am not sure about the refund eligibility, but I hope the management can review this matter fairly. Overall, I request the hotel to improve room comfort, housekeeping, pest control, staff hospitality, and the taxi arrangement process.

“An excellent hotel in a great location for experiencing Istanbul”
The location of the hotel is excellent with lots of bars, cafés and restaurants nearby. Osmanbey Metro is on the doorstep and taxis / Ubers are easy to get from the front door. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the pool area was a great spot on a sunny day.

I enjoyed my stay at Ramada Plaza Wyndham Istanbul City centre, was comfortable, excellent service and staff was friendly, staff at counter entrance and breakfast area was very polite. The 1st class service by chefs was wonderful, entire breakfast and Hotel staff was wonderful, polite qualities, excellent...will recommend to anyone visiting here, will return in the future, keep it up & I thank you'll from my wife & myself...Ricardo 😎

“Good standard in bery good location”
Very polite personel. Asked for a more quiet room as the hotel is on a busy road and soundproofing is not ideal (but sufficient for angood sleep). Good standard hotel. Excellent location on M2 underground - also good access from airport by public transport
