First of all, the communication and support provided by the hotel staff were exceptional, 10 points for all of them ;). I would especially like to thank Mr. Eser Ayozan, who helped us resolve an issue that arose during the booking process on Booking.com. This was not our first stay here, and we will certainly return in the future. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, which made our stay even more pleasant. We stayed in a room with a balcony, which was spacious enough for two people and maintained with impeccable cleanliness. Breakfast might not be as varied as in previous years, but it was still tasty, well-organized, and more than enough to start the day right.

They asked us extra €60 even though we have booked 2 rooms same adult one with 1 kid the other with the other so they asked extra €60 for the kids. Whoever went to the bathroom from the top floor the sewer was passing from our room and every time the shit we’re passing by next to our ear shitty experience ..

The location is great, the tram and the metro are just 3-5 mins away. It is a friendly neighbourhood and it is close to Sultanahmet. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Mert at the reception was very nice and he took care of everything and was always in a good mood. Also Marianne was very helpful on the phone and whatsapp.

Everything was absolutely perfect, from the excellent location close to all major attractions to the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail, but what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality, as the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help, making the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable.
