the staff were genuinely lovely and very helpful throughout our stay, and the hotel itself was consistently clean. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety, especially for vegetarian options.

Very good location - close to the main road and mall, but easy to reach and find. Big private parking. Amazing breakfast. I stay in Istanbul quite often and breakfast here was probably the best I had within the hotels of this price category. Really pleasant surprise and worse the money. Polite and friendly stuff. Comfortable beds and quite room with all necessary facilities.

Really nice hotel. Very clean. Very good location opposite Mall of Istanbul. Reception staff were excellent and very helpful. Dining staff were very good as well. Cleaning staff cleaned my room every day and did a very good job so I was very pleased with the cleanliness. Breakfast was amazing. I am still thinking about it. It had a lot of variety, loved the omelettes, buffet was always fully stacked: cereals, nuts, omelette, Turkish pastries, coffee, juices, olives, cheese. The bread was excellent especially the white roles. I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks!

Let’s set aside the fact that it was dirty and the food wasn’t good — the staff actually robbed our friends in their own room. Even though we saw on the cameras how the cleaning lady took their bag with belongings from the room and put it in a trash sack as if it were garbage, not a single staff member cooperated, and we received neither compensation nor their belongings back.
