“They are not honest with you.”
1.This hotel is always on discount from 8000SEK to 2400SEK. So it is a 2400SEK hotel. Don’t expect a luxury hotel which you found in good price! 2. I chose this hotel for the outdoor pool which was not in use or I am not sure if it even exists! 3.the most important point: All 3 nights we stayed there, even during the week days, a high music sound could be heard from the window. It seems there is a bar or club very close to it! Also all the noises could be heard easily from every where. In the isles or from other rooms… 4.Hotel’s shuttle service is around 1000TL higher than taxis outside so don’t use it.

“Beautiful city, very friendly people - this hotel shouldnt have 5stars.”
Very central location, which we loved. The hotel itself should not even be close to 5 stars in our opinion as it is in a desolate state. Fauced wasnt in place. We we supposed to have a deluxe room - i could barely fit through in btw bed and closet. The floors and the bed were clean and ghe staff was friendly.

Ramada hotel is one excellent hotel !!! We stayed for 5 days and everything was good. The personal was perfect, Burak bay, Chaima and Omur from the reception staff!! The breakfast was various with many choices to select! Also very clean, we had sauna and hamam for free!! Now the pool the roof is open . Thank you all.

“Comfortable, friendly staff but definitely not 4 star standard we were expecting.”
We booked this hotel specifically for the pool that was on the top floor however this pool was under construction and did not get to use it. Also the air-conditioning did not work properly so we slept uncomfortably in our room and had to wait for a couple of hours for somebody to come and fix it and we only had a short day in Istanbul, which means time away from our travels.

“Holiday in Istanbul”
The location was fantastic, it was clean, we had new towels and water every day, the staff was very polite and helpful. The mattress and pillows were very good. Breakfast was nice. There was accommodation for our car.
