We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding support we received from Efe and his colleagues. During our stay, we faced a serious and unexpected situation, and Efe and the entire team went above and beyond to help us. They showed genuine care, professionalism, and compassion, standing by our side when we needed assistance the most. Their dedication and willingness to help made a difficult situation much easier to handle. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, but it is the remarkable staff that deserves special recognition. Efe and his colleagues demonstrated what true hospitality means, and we are incredibly grateful for everything they did for us. We highly recommend this hotel and would like to thank Efe and the team once again for their exceptional support and kindness.

“Not too small, quiet chambers, fantastic breakfast”
The chamber was not too small, the quality was okay (not so new), clean and very quiet. The hotel ist not far away from the congress center and has some restaurants and a market around it. On the other side of the street it's possible to walk in a nice park on the river. The best was the fantastic breakfast. It has very various stuff for a good start in the day. We love to stay again here.
