“Basic stay”
Hotel banks heavily on its brand name to pull in customers. Rooms are comparatively small to other premium hotels in the area. Breakfast is alright but staff looks unhappy to be there. A basic omelette was undercooked few times and when you send it back , the chef wasn’t too happy. It appeared that she was doing everyone a favour by being there. Stayed there for a week and for the same price, you can find better hotels.

Excellent stay! The entire hotel team was extremely polite, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. A special thanks to Ms.Gamze at the reservation and check-in desk, who was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service exceeded my expectations. I was very satisfied with every aspect of my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
