Perfect location close to Taksim. Wonderful indoor heated pool with Sauna and Turkish Hamam. Staff were extremely helpful, especially Khan at reception.

Everything was great, staff is very polite and professional, gave us a free upgrade (probably because it was off peak season time when we went) overall a very pleasant experience and would visit again.

The location is super. Next to metro, bus, F1 funikulor line. The staff is really friendly, tales immediate care if you need. The breakfast was super.

I paid for laundry for 165 Euros which was over price than other hotel in the world of the same standard! It unbelivable where you can sent a laundry to a shop outside for 20 Euro per bag.
