“Very nice experience, good value for money”

We had a great stay! The hotel is simple and not new, but everything tidy and neat with very good location and hotel staff. Everyone was very nice and helpful to us and to our kid! We felt that they do really care about our wellbeing offering everything we needed (tea, water, yogurt for a kid, etc), so we felt comfortable and safe in Istanbul! Thank you!

Bahar and Emre were very swift in providing excellent support during our stay here. They provide excellent recommendation and services like taxi bookings for good rates

The stuff was were warm and helpful. There was always coffee and tea in the reception. The room were the same as the pictures.

the locatioin, friendly staff and room size were great. room is close to road, but at least basement duplex rooms were not affected that much by sounds, easy to sleep

Very nice hotel! The location is very central, and it’s easy to get around Istanbul from there. The most important part is the staff — they are extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us book a Bosphorus tour at a very good price and also assisted with arranging a taxi. They speak excellent English and Russian. Strongly recommended! If I could, I would give 11 stars :)

I loved the location its less than 10mins walk from the galata tower the people at the hotel were super pleasant and very helpful. Murad and furqan were super friendly and helpful and I am really grateful for their hospitality.

Great staff. Furkan and Murat was very helpful, and they were helpful and kind in all our questions and demands.

I really liked the receptionist, Nurat; he gave me some tips on how to get to various places and where to grab a bite to eat. A free breakfast was also provided at one of the nearby cafés.
